Producing Manager

Responsibilities:

Mortgage Direct is looking to hire a seasoned Producing Manager with fresh ideas. Ideal candidate for this position would be a lucrative mortgage producer who can bring over an established team of highly successful loan officers, who exhibit a proven track record of producing. Individual will also be responsible for the following: sales strategies, meeting sales and service performance standards, and must be highly motivated to cultivate business for Mortgage Direct

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-years Sales/Origination experience
• Proven sales track record
• Existing referral partner base
• Desire to build and maintain referral partner relationships
• Strong financial verbal and written communication skills
• Proven sales and negotiation experience
• Ability to exceed established goals and standards
