Responsibilities:
Mortgage Direct is looking to hire an experienced Lead Administrator to effectively manage the company’s leads system. This candidate will be responsible for the coordination and distribution for all leads generated through Leads 360. Individual will generate and analyze statistical reports to gain increased industry knowledge for the company. Other responsibilities include, but aren’t limited: setting up new user accounts, establishing and maintaining new relationships with lead provider and have ability to negotiate pricing, must be able to analyze market trends to properly target the appropriate states where Mortgage Direct is licensed in to determine where to expand growth.
Qualifications:
- Must have 1-2 years minimum current experience with Leads 360 or similar system. (Leads 360 preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet savvy
- Effective written and communication skills
- Must have great multitasking skills; will be responsible for various projects
