Responsibilities:
Candidate will reside in the mortgage loan operations center and be responsible for coordinating the preparation of loan closing packages. This includes the entire mortgage closing package, i.e. issuance of funds, closing instructions, etc. that is necessary to ensure the marketability of loans. The candidate must have experience closing high volumes of mortgage loans to be considered for this position.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years experience closing loans
• Must be highly driven and motivated individual, ready to work in a fast-paced enviroment |
