•Seek out and build relationships with business partners
•Maintain and execute solid business strategies with referral partners
•Consult and advise clients regarding their current and future needs
•Establish and maintain ongoing and consistent financial service relationships with clients and referral partners through networking and relationship building activities
•Utilization of on site proprietary technologies to evaluate client needs
•Originate high quality Mortgage’s based on your clients needs
•Execute and deliver a world class level of customer service

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-years Sales/Origination experience
• Proven sales track record
• Existing referral partner base
• Desire to build and maintain referral partner relationships
• Strong financial verbal and written communication skills
• Proven sales and negotiation experience
• Ability to exceed established goals and standards
