FHA Government Insurer

Responsibilities:

As a FHA Government Insurer your responsibilities will consist of the following: prepare insurable loan packages for FHA and VA loans review Case Binders, review and clear Trailing Documents, review closed files in preparation for insuring, review closed loans in imaging per Case Binder Checklist, Re-run DU/LP as needed, input conditions for missing or incorrect items into tracking system, complete appraisal logging and insurance application screens in FHA Connection, enter binder reviewed date in tracking system, manage conditions and clearing binders, print conditions list from tracking system, contact appropriate parties to obtain conditions , review conditions for completeness, and clear binder through tracking system for insuring.

Qualifications:

•Excellent written and verbal communications skills
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Must be detail-oriented and have excellent multitasking skills
•MUST HAVE 5+ YEARS FHA EXPERIENCE currently employed unless recently laid off due to mortgage industry(Prefer no more than two jobs in the last 5-years.)
